We would like to take this opportunity to announce the launch of GOLDEN BAY PROPERTY DIVISION which commenced operations in JUNE 2023.
GB family would like to thank all our partners, customers and employees who worked diligently to make this new division a reality. As our retail, manufacturing and distribution operations expanded in the Asian region we saw a fantastic opportunity to move into this sector.
In todays fast growth in the region where commercial, retail and residential assets are rapidly growing in net worth we at GB have always wanted to get involved in this industry especially with the expertise of our Directors and Partners in this sector. Today we have made inroads into the property sector in Vietnam with the appointment of Tran Thi Hien and Ronald Wong to spearhead our operations in the country. We are also actively working with strategic partners including the WALTON GROUP and GAMUDA LAND to capitalize on new Property Launch sales. In Malaysia we have been moving to expand our operations in the Southern State of JOHOR where we are working with a team with regards to Sales Launches in the area.
